Delivery, Returns, Refunds And Risk Of Loss
If for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within five days, we will contact you immediately. We will only accept the items return within 15 days of the despatch date of the online order(s). Please email us for an return reference number. We will only accept back goods which have no sign of wear and tear and which arrive at our offices in as new condition. Once the package is received we will refund the value of the goods. The dispatch and return postage cost (and any gift wrapping charge) is not reimbursed unless item is damaged or faulty. All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier, for example Royal Mail. Please also see Shipping and Refund Policy.
